We specialize in custom-designed travel photobooks that are printed on demand and delivered to your address.
1. Order Processing Time
All Turtle Memory photobooks are:

Printed on demand

Carefully quality-checked before dispatch
Once your order is confirmed and approved for printing, it enters production.
⏳ Estimated Production + Shipping Time:
Up to 7 business days
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Please note that this timeline begins after the order moves to printing.
2. Shipping Charges
✔ Shipping charges are already included in the product price.
We do not charge any additional shipping fee at checkout unless explicitly mentioned during special promotions or remote delivery areas.
3. Shipping Fee Refund Conditions
Shipping charges are refundable only if:

The order is cancelled before it goes for printing, and

We confirm that production has not started.
Once the photobook has entered the printing stage, shipping costs are no longer refundable, as the product is custom-made.

5. Delivery Address Responsibility

We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect address details provided at checkout.

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe:

7. Damaged During Shipping
