- Ownership: You retain full ownership of your photos. We do not sell or use your personal photos for marketing without your explicit permission.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload images that are illegal, offensive, pornographic, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service for such orders without refund.
3. Product Accuracy
We strive to display colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Printed colors often differ slightly from digital screens.
4. Limitation of Liability
Turtle Memory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our service or products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
