1. Processing and Dispatch Time

Since our products are made-to-order, we require time for printing and quality checks.

• Dispatch Timeline: All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on our courier partners and your location:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Note: Timelines may vary during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your package.

5. Delivery Issues

If you provide an incorrect address or are unavailable to receive the package, and the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.
