Thank you for shopping at Turtle Memory.

Since our products (Photo Books, Personalized Gifts) are customized specifically for you using your personal images and preferences, we operate on a strict No Refund and No Replacement policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. By placing an order on Turtle Memory, you acknowledge that the item is being created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

2. No Replacements

We do not offer replacements for products based on:

  • Change of mind.
  • Errors made by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes, low-resolution images uploaded, wrong delivery address).
  • Slight color variations between your screen and the final printed product.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer standard returns, we strive for quality. In the rare event that you receive a product that is physically damaged upon arrival (e.g., torn pages, broken binding from transit), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • How to report: Email us at support@turtlememory.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damage.
  • Resolution: Resolutions for damaged goods are at the sole discretion of the Turtle Memory team and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
